Help us O Lord, to find true Sabbath. Let us have our souls refreshed in a way that only you can provide. May we find a way to release all the stresses that weigh us down, if only for a little while and bask in the warmth of your embrace. May we be willing to give that peace to others during this day and simply let this day be one where we are at peace. All this we ask in your most holy Name. Amen
