Prayer for January 24, 2022

Mondays are days that can be filled with excitement about the week ahead and dread for the challenges that may be coming. Help us to look to you, O God, and find the path your has set for us. May we meet the wonders and anxieties of this week with a focus on how we can respond as you would have us. When we are faced with disappointment help us to find hope, when we are given the gift of joy and wonder help us to see that gift fully. May we be a force for change in this world that needs us to find our place and allow our gifts to flourish. May your peace guide us this and every day. Amen
