Prayer for January 31, 2022

Be with us this week as we continue to have high numbers of those affected by Covid. The medical professionals are still in a combat type footing and need a break. The teachers and students are again being challenged by all that this disease has forced upon them. May we do all that we can to help make their stress lessened. Help us to see that our inconvenience is small compared to what those who are on the front lines of this disease. May we step back and ask whether we are being selfish in our actions and amend them if we are not acting in a way that treats others as the beloved child of God we know them to be. May blessings be poured upon those whose lives are focused on helping and healing others. Amen
