Prayer for March 7, 2022

Comforting God, we pray that the war in Ukraine ends soon. Please protect those who are in harms way. May we support those who are aiding the more than 1.5 million refugees who have fled the attacks. Turn the hearts of the soldiers and commanders who are implementing the attack on that country. Give them the strength to refuse the orders that call for them to attack a sovereign country. May the Russian leaders turn from the decision to attack and withdraw. May we find ways for your love to reign in our world. May your Spirit guide us today and always. Amen.
