Prayer for April 12, 2022

We are in such a challenging time, O God. We know that you are called the Prince of Peace. Help us as we look to do what is true, right and just. Be with the people of Ukraine as they are living through a hell that we cannot truly fathom. May there be an outcry among all in the world loud enough to stop the aggression that is happening. May those who are in harms way be kept safe and the soldiers who are being asked to do immoral things stand up against them and stop this war. May we let this Holy Week be a time where we work to make this world more as, you O God imagined for us. Empower us to be more than we can ask or imagine as we stand up to evil in this world. Amen
