Prayer for July 15, 2022

Empower and encourage us, Loving God, as we journey through this new day. Help us to know the strength that comes from asking for help and guidance over the weakness of trying to do everything on our own. May we stand ready for others who come to us asking to participate in their day, knowing that their request may be you placing us in the perfect place to use our gifts and be witnesses of your loving power. Allow us to be a part of others path for the time that you place us together and celebrate the wonder that is companionship. May we treat strangers as brothers and sisters that we have yet to know. Give us the knowledge that a friendly greeting to those we encounter may be exactly what they need this day. Pour out your love upon us as we attempt to do your will. Amen
