Give us the words we need today to express our gratitude for all you have given us. May we be a voice of comfort to those in need. May we give encouragement to those who are struggling and need a boost. May we bring joy to those we encounter today. Let us take the chance and greet the strangers in our midst with the love and compassion that we know you desire of us, O God. Fill us with your spirit as we journey through this day. Amen.
