Prayer for AUgust 17, 2022

Today, O God, is the first day of school at St Marks. May all the students, faculty, staff and parents be ready for a great day. Help the first timers as they begin their educational journey, and their parents as they watch their children walk into what is the start of so many great things. May the tears that some will shed be brief and may this day be filled with joy, laughter and learning. May your blessings rain down upon all of us as we live this day. Amen
