Prayer for August 29, 2022

Let us learn to give without expectation of something in return. Let us remember that a gift is just that it is not a barter. May we be free in our expression of love to one another, in how we welcome the stranger and how we meet the needs of the needy. Let us become an expression of the love that you have for us in the way we treat the strangers in our midst. Let us prepare banquets of love an compassion this and everyday. Amen
