Prayer for August 28, 2022

Help us, Loving God, as we attempt to do your will. May we know when we need to stand firm and when we need to be open to new things. Allow us to be fully present while we do not know all the burdens those around us are carrying. Give us the grace to forgive those with whom we are angry, knowing that sometimes they have no clue as to what has angered them. May we be forgiving without expecting an apology. Amen
