Prayer for November 1, 2022

Today Redeeming Jesus, we celebrate All Saints Day. We remember those who have gone before us and what they meant in our lives. There are the saints we have named and so many others who have gone unnamed. May we celebrate the gift that those we love but see no longer by living our lives better because of them. Give us an awareness of when we are placed where we can share your love in ways that others have done for us. Help us to know it is perfectly fine to mourn the loss of someone we love and that we must be grateful for the gift they were a little bit more. Bless us this and everyday, O God. Amen
