Prayer for November 21, 2022

Help us, O God, when we struggle for words to express how we feel and what we want. May we be patient in those times and listen for that still small voice that is calling us. May we be content that we do not always have the right words for the moment and instead be simply present in the moment. May we listen fully to the stories that are being told around us and revel in the chance we have to be close enough to someone that they share who and what they are so deeply that we call them friend. Allow us to not be rushed into the next thing and instead help us to be grateful for the moment in which we find ourselves. Give us the confidence to tell those we love how much they mean to our lives. May you bless us this and everyday. Amen
