Prayer for January 21, 2023

Help us to support those who have chosen occupations that serve, O God. May we honor their hard work. Let us especially show gratitude for people who do work many of us would be unwilling to do. Protect those who serve in places that are dangerous and those who heal. When we are called to serve others may we do it with empathy and grace. Help us to know the joy and wonder of showing others love and compassion. Guide us now and always Amen
