O God, you meet us where we are and often at our lowest moments. You know our best and worst moments and the guilt we carry from them. May we change the direction our lives and allow the burden of our sins and shortcoming to be released and work instead toward living the life you intend for us. Let this day be for us a day of transformation into a new reality for ourselves. May our lives be marked by our love for one another and our service to those in need. Let us be filled with your Spirit as we endeavor to become better each and every day. Amen
