O God of All Creation, each day we make decisions that affect the futures of others and ourselves. May our journey take us in the direction that leads to love for one another. Let those times when we are in that liminal place where the light is not as bright as full day still provide us a direction. When we are faced with tough decisions on hard issues, let us lean toward what will be beneficial to all, even if it means we have to sacrifice some of our desires. Help us to know the difference between our true needs and our selfish desires, and to choose the former. Let our journey be filled with the hope of the dawn and the satisfaction of ending a day well lived. Amen.
