Prayer for April 14, 2026

It is not often that I find myself at the end of the day, O God, when I begin my praying. More often that not it is how I start my day. Help me on those days when immediate things happen that make me decide to deliberately pray later to make my actions until that time prayerful and focused on how I can respond in love to the issues I am dealing with. May I also look back on days like today and find places where your spirit guided me. Let me grateful for all the amazing things I have seen and experienced even during challenging times. As I now am at the end of the day, may I find rest and become ready for what tomorrow has to offer. Amen
