Prayer for February 12, 2021

Be with us this day O Lord as we continue to live in challenging times.  We are all tired.  Tired of the Pandemic and all it is requiring us to do to keep each other safe, tired of the tension that exists in our country and simply the normal kind of tired that happens at the end of a long week.  Help us to find rest as we move into this weekend. May we focus on those things that help us to recharge our batteries and take the time to step away from the stresses that weigh us down.  Let us enjoy time with our families and look to the day when we can have the gatherings that feed our need for community.  May we have the strength needed to finish out these last battles against COVID an keep each other safe.  All this we ask in your most Holy Name.  Amen.
