Prayer for February 26, 2021

Loving God, we are grateful for all those who make our lives better.  There are so many people who do thankless jobs that make our days easier.  May this be a day where we recognize those people.  If we are given the opportunity to express our thanks, may we go out of our way to do just that.  Let those who are in positions that deal with us when we are unhappy or frustrated be given the patience they need, and allow us to know that, more often than not, it is not their fault we are calling.  Let us treat everyone we meet today thankful for whatever they are doing with and for us.  May they know that their work is important to us, and that we appreciate them.  Let us show our love for one another fully this day and be thankful for all this day gives us.  Amen.
