Prayer for April 30, 2021

May this day O Lord be filled with joy and wonder.  Allow us to live this day as fully as possible. May we focus on those things that make the world around us a better place. Give us the courage to respond with love when challenged today.  Let us show compassion and empathy when we deal with challenges today.  We have no idea the load others are carrying and our expression of love for our neighbor may very well make an incredible difference in their lives.  Give us guidance to know when we are the person most needed in a situation today and be brave enough to respond.  Fill us with your Spirit Lord God.  Amen.
