Prayer for July 20, 2021

Let this day be filled with your love, O God.  Allow us to begin it with the expectation that we will go out of our way to let others know we care about them. When we are given the opportunity to serve those we meet, may we do it without question.  May we respond to those we encounter with compassion, empathy and love regardless of how they greet us.  Give us the awareness to know when you have put us in the position to affect people’s lives by our actions today and everyday.  Let us love one another as you love us.  It is in your Holy Name we pray.  Amen.
