Prayer for September 10, 2021

O God of Peace, be with us this day as we end our work week.  May we accomplish the tasks we have been given and look toward the time when our work day ends.  When that time comes, may we set aside all that might distract us from the time we will be spending away from work.  May we use the time we will have to recharge our batteries for the next week.  Let us celebrate the time we will have with those we love this weekend and give our full attention to them.  All this we ask in your blessed name.  Amen
