Prayer for December 10, 2021

Thank you God for lazy rainy day mornings and the chance to sleep in. May we take those opportunities to find rest and refreshment. Let us be willing to step back form out busy lives to recharge our batteries. May we enjoy the simple gift of sitting by the fireplace and reading a book. Help us to be grateful for all the many gifts you give us Loving God and celebrate all that each day offers. In your name we pray. Amen
