Prayer for September 8, 2022

Loving God, help us on days when we feel the loss of those we see no longer. May we honor the gift of the time we were given with them and how our time with those people made us who we are today. Let us share their stories in how we live our lives this and every day. Allow us to mourn as much as we need so that we can celebrate even more the blessings of having them with us was. May we continue to live each day knowing that those who formed us live on through our loving actions. All this we ask in your most Holy Name. Amen
