Prayer for October 8, 2022

May we celebrate the gift that a fall day brings. For those who are in areas where the leaves are changing help us delight in the colors that seem to create a cornucopia of color. May that first day wearing a sweater help us to anticipate all the wonders of the season. For those of us that seem to have year round greens, may we celebrate that the heat of summer is leaving us with the amazingly temperate climate that draws so many to our areas. May we celebrate the animals that make their way back to us throughout this time. May we enjoy all the many gifts your creation provides. Amen
