Prayer for November 4, 2022

Thank you God for calling us to take Sabbath. For many it is the traditional Sunday, but for many that day is not the day they can take that day of rest. Help us, O God, to keep whatever day we are able to take as our personal Sabbath and make it Holy. Let us regenerate ourselves and our spirits so that we can continue using the many gifts you have given us. Let us be comfortable enough with ourselves to use that time for prayer and introspection. May we use that time to gain guidance on what is ahead for us and to release those things that are holding us back from become our best selves. All this we ask in your most Holy Name. Amen
