Prayer for November 6, 2022

I am so grateful, Loving God, for the incredible gift I have in my wife. Watching her passion for young people over the past 28 years has been a gift. She still is so excited telling stories of what happened each day and I love seeing how so many of her students and pretty much any young person around her are excited to be with her. We both followed our passions and pretty much every one of them had young people as a part of it. I am thankful for every time we have been able to be present for young people in their lives whether as parents, foster parents, teachers or youth ministers. Each and everyone of them has been a blessing and may the rest of our lives be filled with the wonder that young people bring to our lives. Amen.
