Prayer for November 24, 2022

May we be Thankful this day, O God of All Creation, for what we have been given. Help us to treat our guests, and those who are new to us as chosen family, for we never know when we are entertaining angels. May the joy and wonder we felt as children permeate our lives so that we may have a glimpse of the complete joy you promise us. May the aromas of this day bring back memories of those we love but no longer see. Let us celebrate the unique memories we will create today. May our love for one another overcome any anxieties we may feel throughout the day and a sense of calm envelop us during those times. May we celebrate your blessings this and everyday, Loving God. Amen
