Prayer for December 10, 2022

May we find the words we need today, O God. Let our actions mirror the love you have shown us. Give us the patience when we are frustrated by the myriad challenges that often come during this season. May we recognize that everyone else is hoping for a great day, and that things will go smoothly. Let us do what we can to let those who are working to make our lives better, or serve us in shops and restaurants know that we appreciate all they do and that they cannot control all that happens in their places of business, supply lines or how long some things take to be accomplished. May we show them the love an grace we expect from them this and every day. Amen
