Prayer for December 12, 2022

Thank you God for this new day, may we cherish it, as we get to live this day only once. Help us to use the time we have to show our love, passion and joy to others. Let us give those we encounter our full attention and support. Help us to look toward ways that our actions will build upon the foundation of those who have gone before to make our world better. May the seeds of love we plant today grow into something beyond our imaginations. Allow us to be free from the temptations that lead to hate and greed and focus instead on following you, Loving God. Amen
